Jake Wamser (he/him) grew up in St Louis playing cards, Yahtzee, and countless board games altering rules to make them more fun or coming up with new games that can be played with the boards and pieces. Board games brought his family together and were a constant at all family gatherings. His passion for games exploded after his first visit to Gen Con and he has been designing games with his brother ever since. Before moving into the games space Jake was a Director of Sales in the Stored Value/Prepaid space running referral, market research, and promotional rewards for dozens of Fortune 500 companies. He implemented one of the first prepaid rebate promotions in the country, and is an subject matter expert in the gift card space.

Jake Wamser
Phill Wamser (he/him) along with his brother Jake are the founders and operators of WAMWAM games, an independent game publisher based out of St. Louis Missouri. Games have been central to Phill's life as long as he can remember. From Yahtzee with grandma to being a guest Dungeon Master at a local high school's DND club, from staying inside at recess to play chess to planning city wide scavenger hunts, if there are dice, cards, or competition involved Phill will be there. After years of making house rules and homebrews Phill jumped on board with game design as a profession in 2019. Outside of the game world Phill works in Youth Activities Programming organizing events and activities for high school students, spends a great deal of time wrangling his four children on their property south of St. Louis, and reads copious amounts of fantasy books.
